Andrei is a leader of a team that works on making Polkadot better. Here are some things he has done:

Davide has been promoted to Rank II for his great work on the Polkadot project. He is an expert in consensus and has worked on important tasks like developing a mechanism to revert blocks and fixing issues with sibling blocks. He is also committed to the Sassafras research project and has made significant progress in implementing it in Substrate/Rust. Davide presented the status of Sassafras at Sub0 2022. His promotion to Rank II is well-deserved and will help advance the project's objectives.

Oliver has done an excellent job working on the Polkadot project. He has helped make it easier for developers to test their work by creating a tool called `benchmark`. He has also worked on a pallet called `pallet-message-queue`, which helps make sure that Polkadot doesn't get overloaded with messages. Oliver is helping to develop a new feature called POV metering, which will help developers keep track of how much work their code is doing. Because of his hard work and expertise, Oliver is being promoted to Rank II.
