My name is Anaelle and I am submitting an application for Rank 1 in the Secretary Collective, as per its proposed rules. My motivation for joining the Secretary collective is to continue to oversee the Technical Fellowship’s operations.

I was formally onboarded as the Technical Fellowship Secretary on 28th April 2024 via Proposal #103. My initial probation period of 6 months as the Technical Fellowship Secretary ran from 29th April 2024 to 31st October 2024.

Over the past 19 months, I have undertaken work in the following areas:

• Operations (on-chain and off-chain)
• Communications (internal and external)
• Organisation (processes and schedules)
• Documentation (tutorials, presentations, reports)
• Management (projects and collaborations)

For this work, I have previously received funding at the recommended monthly rate of $6666 USD through the following proposals:
