There was the discussion of adding a secretary to the fellowship that could help with managing. It was discussed in this issue. Anaelle stood up and presented herself as a potential candidate. She has done some interviews with a selected number of fellowhip members. Based on these she came up with a development plan to improve the fellowship operations.
She also has written an introduction about herself:
My name is Anaelle and I have put forward my candidacy to assist the Technical Fellowship with optimising its day-to-day operations.
I have been following Polkadot SDK developments since October 2018 and have been active in the ecosystem since August 2020.
Over the past four years, I have contributed to several Treasury-funded projects (Guide to Polkadot-JS in 2021, Polkadot for Beginners in 2022, Dot.alert() in 2022-2024) alongside working for established ecosystem teams (Talisman in 2021-2022, Parity Technologies in 2023-2024).
