Fellowship Ref no. 39 is up for vote. The proposal aims to whitelist Referendum 241 upgrading Polkadot Relay Chain and its Asset Hub and Bridge Hub with runtimes pulled from the Fellowship v1.0.0 release.
This was already approved by the collective, but referendum 211, will fail to do so due to a call issue. The call was changed now and the runtime upgrade is up for vote as no. 241.
