This is a second attempt at introducing some of the Spanish speaker candidates of ref.32, this time only the ones who previously introduced themselves. Following the recommendations, more candidates will be introduced individually.

  • Alejandro: Parity (1A13V...):

Hello, Alejandro here, one of the proposed candidates.

First of all, thank you so much for even the consideration. It is very exciting to be able to introduce myself to the fellowship as a candidate.

I have written a few lines on who am I and what have I been contributing to Polkadot. Please find those here.

Looking forward to seeing the outcome of this.

    Cheers!

  • Johan: Sr. embedded dev - Virto team (153FF...)

    Hello everyone,

Johan here, excited to be considered as a candidate for the Polkadot Fellowship.

I'm an electronic engineer with a deep passion for embedded software development. My journey has led me to become proficient in embedded systems, Rust application development, CI/CD for embedded systems, and creating embedded wallets. I have experience with WASM/WASI and also expertise in using eHSM for embedded cryptography.
My team and I are eager to bring our innovative ideas to the Polkadot ecosystem, especially our vision of merging the Polkadot blockchain with electronics.

Thank you for this opportunity. We're looking forward to the possibility of contributing significantly to the Polkadot project.

    Stay decentralized! Farewell.

  • Hector: Parity (136Fm...)

Thank you very much Daniel for the proposal.

I'm Hector Bulgarini and i have been working for Parity and contributing to the Polkadot ecosystem for about 3 years.

During this time i had the chance to work with different polkadot components such as bridges, system chains and supporting the ecosystem in my role as Polkadot Application Engineer. My latest highlights are:

    • Graduated from Polkadot Blockchain academy (Cambridge cohort) and contributed as TA in Buenos Aires.
    • Presented on sub0 about Trappist project and trying out different cross chain interoperability cases.
    • Commit more than 10 milestones review from the Substrate builders program.
    • Contributed to the Polkadot Deep Dive sessions on the official youtube polkadot channel.
    • Started with Alejandro Martinez, the Polkadot Release Analysis Report posted in the forum for every release.

I look forward to keep contributing to Polkadot as a fellowship candidate.

    Thanks.
    Hector.

  • Alex: Parity (167Y1...)

Thanks for the introductions.

Given each individuals interest in contributing to Polkadot and progressing into a Member of the Fellowship in the future, I see no reason why not to include them as Rank 0 Candidates.

I am generally in favour of adding new members, but i think they should each get their own referendum instead of being batched. This makes it easier to decide on a case-by-case basis.
