This is a proposal to convert 500,000 DOT (about $440,000 USD) into HOLLAR, with all amounts to be sent to the Fellowship salary account.

Rationale:

As part of the ongoing objective to top-up the salary account and acquire stablecoins for the sub-treasury account, a series of proposals are made by the Fellowship to DCA DOT into HOLLAR.

An initial proposal to convert 500,000 DOT into HOLLAR over 60 days with a 50/50 split was executed on 22nd May 2026. Due to technical errors in the timeline, the DCA operations are still ongoing and will take 120 days to complete.

This second proposal is to convert 500,000 DOT into HOLLAR to be sent into the Fellowship salary account over 30 days. The shorter time frame and recalibrated split are chosen to ensure that there are enough funds to cover Fellowship salaries for the August and September cycles, as a matter of priority.

This referendum proposes to create a second DCA proposal of 500,000 DOT for the Fellowship sub-treasury using the DCA wizard, as per the following parameters:
