Could you clarify how the asset kind and amount was determined? I was expecting to see [USDT assetkind](https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot-sdk/blob/178e699c7d9a9f399040e290943dd13873772c68/cumulus/parachains/integration-tests/emulated/tests/assets/asset-hub-rococo/src/tests/treasury.rs#L177-L182) and did you manually scale compact encode the amount?

The [Fellowship sub-treasury account](https://assethub-polkadot.subscan.io/account/16VcQSRcMFy6ZHVjBvosKmo7FKqTb8ZATChDYo8ibutzLnos) only has DOT available, so this is the asset that was requested.

Only Polkadot-JS Apps can be used to create pre-images, but its UI does not support DOT as a unit within XCM calls. So, I had to convert the DOT amount (5,484) into Planck units (54840000000000), which is what you see in the call.
