Is there a proposal from Pandres or how was it requested?

I requested the allowance after asking for the possibility of applying for it and being told I could. I submitted the records to prove the expenses paid with this allowance (flight bookings) to the Fellowship Secretary.

This is an allowance for pandres95 to attend the Fellowship Meeting in Berlin 2025.
