## Argument

Most of my time has been spent on JAM and PolkaVM-related activities. Here are some of the highlights:

  - Gray Paper PRs and related research: [new gas cost model](https://github.com/gavofyork/graypaper/pull/508) (finally merged), [compile hostcalls](https://github.com/gavofyork/graypaper/pull/530), [code blob format rework](https://github.com/gavofyork/graypaper/pull/555) (cuts down program blob sizes by ~10% and opens the door to lazy recompilation), [working set](https://github.com/gavofyork/graypaper/pull/531) (last major missing piece of the gas cost model, making memory paging also gas metered)
  - 6 major PolkaVM releases, with [numerous fixes and improvements](https://github.com/paritytech/polkavm/commits/master/), including but not limited to prototyping functionality that was later proposed for inclusion into the Gray Paper, for example [the code blob format rework](https://github.com/paritytech/polkavm/commit/143d6d57b1fc601b99952acb02fcebe9b81d5208)
  - Taking part in JAM Prize interviews (15 interviews so far), mostly judging candidates' PVM knowledge

Currently I'm focusing on getting the remaining PVM-related pieces merged in the Gray Paper and implemented in PolkaVM, as well as helping get JAM to 1.0
