Hi [@andre](14YDyDZ9o1Nr2hMqLSbjYpr4Wm5s1gux6CvjYZfUTJ4Np3w1-collectives) Will this referendum execute correctly? I believe from rank 1 to rank 2 `acatangiu ` will need to serve min promotion period as well? Right now set_params is not called so the values are 0. Can you please help me understand this?

AFAIU since the min promotion period is currently set to 0 this should execute correctly, at least as far as that validation goes. There has been no nomination executed through the new `fellowshipCore` crate yet, so it's possible there might be something else wrong though.

This is a fellowship referendum, open to voting by rank IV and above, to promote acatangiu to rank II. I have inducted him into the fellowship directly, so he currently has rank 0.
