Hi @andre Will this referendum execute correctly? I believe from rank 1 to rank 2 acatangiu will need to serve min promotion period as well? Right now set_params is not called so the values are 0. Can you please help me understand this?

AFAIU since the min promotion period is currently set to 0 this should execute correctly, at least as far as that validation goes. There has been no nomination executed through the new fellowshipCore crate yet, so it's possible there might be something else wrong though.
