In addition to his benchmarking work, Oliver has made significant contributions to critical pallets like pallet-message-queue, which play a vital role in buffering XCM messages for Polkadot. Oliver has helped to design this pallet to seamlessly integrate into the weight system, ensuring that parachains do not attempt to load messages that could overload the Proof-of-Validity (POV). Furthermore, he has actively participated in the development of POV metering, which is currently being gradually implemented.
