Argument

This period I continued working on proof of personhood, this include writing the pallet for lite people management, also wrote the upgrade for the paseo runtime, it includes fee payment in HOLLAR and DOT and free transaction allowance for lite people. I raised issues about the statement-store, the main one being that statements are never removed, I added the feature to remove statements from a specific account id to temporarily solve it, until we have a proper implementation with expiring statements. I reviewed some work in polkadot-sdk the major one was the pallet-multi-assets-bounties that is now merged.
