My rank is too low to vote in favor of this proposal, but I want to make a post in support for this promotion.

Oliver's contributions so far have been significant, and it seems that his scope is still continuing to grow day to day.

Beyond his technical contributions, I am particularly impressed with his presence in the community: reviews on Github, posts on the Polkadot Forum, activity in community chats, participation in decentralized organization efforts, etc...

I think he is a strong role model for how we hope to see higher level fellows participate in our ecosystem.
